What’s the process for getting a bin dropped off and picked up at my location?

Call or fill out the form on the right to get your quote.

Bin rental rates are based on up to 6 nights at your location. We require a credit card deposit to reserve your bin. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Deposits are based on bin size, location, and material being disposed of. You must call us to end your rental term.

Do I need to make a deposit in advance?

Deposits are required when placing an order based on bin size and material. We may also require a confirmation email stating authorization for processing a credit card if you are not present for a signature.

What options do you have available for residential properties?

For your convenience, we have two rental options you can pick from. If you take advantage of our first rental option, you rent one of our containers for six days at a time. The rental rate through this program is determined by the size of the container you need, your location, and the materials you are disposing of.

Through our second option, you can rent one of our 10, 14, or 20 cubic yard capacity containers to clean up your home. The rate we charge you is all-inclusive and will cover the delivery of the container and dumping. Please keep in mind that we will not dispose of roofing, earth or concrete products, hazardous materials, or construction materials, like drywall, through this rental option.

What size dumpsters do you have available for residential properties?

Right now, we have 10-cubic yard, 14-cubic yard, 20-cubic yard, and 40-cubic yard bins available for rent.

Can I overfill the 10-cubic yard container I rent?

On these dumpsters, we have marked the 10 cubic yard level. If you need to use the extra 4 cubic yards in the dumpster, you can do so for an additional charge. However, in the event that you do decide to fill the dumpster to this level, please notify us before pick-up.

What bin sizes do you have available through your roll off service?

Through this service, we have 10-cubic yard, 14-cubic yard, 20-cubic yard, and 40-cubic yard bins available for rent.

What bin sizes do you have available through your front load service?

We have 4, 6, and 8-cubic yard front-loading bins available for rent.

Do you require contracts?

We are so confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of our services that we do not require you to sign a contract.

Do you apply surcharges to your rental rates?

When you rent from us, the price is the price. We will not tack on fuel, administrative, or environmental surcharges to the cost of your rental.

What does your rental process entail?

We will arrange for you to meet with one of our drivers on the day of delivery to place the bin on your property and to conduct the payment process. If you are unable to be there at the scheduled time, please email us beforehand, so we can process your payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash.

What areas do you service?

We service Collingwood, Midland, Orillia, and Barrie, Ontario, in addition to the rest of Simcoe County.

How much do your containers cost to rent?

Our rates are based on the type of material being disposed of, the size of the container required, and where you are located within our service area.

How do I order a container?

You can either email us your container request or contact us by calling 705-252-9301.

What if I need the container longer than expected?

We can provide you with a longer rental term, but additional charges may apply.

What happens after I am done with the container?

You will need to call us and let us know that you are done with your rental bin, so we can come and pick it up.

Will the container harm my driveway?

In order to avoid damaging your driveway or sidewalk, we will place wood under all of the container’s touch points.
